Mint Yoghurt Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup plain yoghurt

  • 3 tbsp cilantro finely chopped

  • 3 tbsp mint finely chopped

  • 4 tsp Barker’s Professional Traditional Mint Sauce

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 2-3 tsp milk to adjust consistency (optional)

Method:

  1. Combine all the ingredients (except milk) in a small bowl.

  2. Add the milk, a little bit at a time, stirring until you achieve the desired consistency.

  3. Garnish with mint and cucumber slices.
