Condensed Milk Ice-cream

Serves 6 people, 15mins Prep, 6-8mins Cook

Delicious swirls of our Black Cherry, Pear & Vanilla Compote through this beautiful Condensed Milk Ice Cream. Easy to prepare - a recipe your customers will simply love!

Ingredients:

  • 600ml Cream

  • 1 can Condensed Milk

  • 250g Barker’s Professional Black Cherry, Pear & Vanilla Compote

  • Dark chocolate

  • Almonds, Flaked

Method:

  1. Whip cream until just soft; add condensed milk and continue to whip until thick and creamy. Fold through Barker’s Professional Black Cherry, Pear & Vanilla Compote.

  2. Pour into a lined, long loaf tin and decorate the top with chocolate and nuts.

  3. Freeze for 6-8 hours.

  4. Serve in a waffle cone or however fits your establishments dining style.

HANDY HINT:

Swap out for various compote flavours if desired, or create numerous batches to offer a variety of choices to your customers
