Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 Individual Flatbreads, Pita Pockets Or Pizza Bases With A Raised Edge

  • 50g Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Relish

  • 100g Anchor Cream Cheese

  • 10g Cherry Tomatoes

  • 4 Eggs

  • 100g Smoked Salmon/ Bacon/ Mushrooms Sliced

  • 1/2 Cup Mainland Mozzarella

  • Cracked Black Pepper

  • Fresh Dill/ Chives

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Line a large tray with baking paper and place bases as a single layer. Spread each base with Anchor cream cheese and 1 heaped tsp Barker’s Professional Caramelised Onion Relish.

  3. Arrange tomatoes, salmon, bacon or mushrooms around the pizza. Crack an egg into the middle of each pizza. Top with Mainland mozzerella and cracked black pepper.

  4. Bake for 6-8 minutes until eggs are just set. If necessary finish under grill for a minute to further cook whites.
