Beetroot Pattie Sliders and Slaw
Ingredients:
4 The Cool Gardener Beetroot Patties
2 Tbsp mayonnaise of your choice
1/2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Ground black pepper
3/4 cup each of green and red cabbage
4 slider buns
4 Tbsp Barker’s Professional American Burger Relish
Method:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and line a small baking tray with baking paper.
Bake The Cool Gardener Beetroot Patties for 13 - 15 minutes.
Make the slaw dressing by whisking the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, maple syrup, salt and a grind of pepper.
Slice the cabbage into thin strips and then stir the dressing through until well coated.
Cut the slider buns in two and fill with the slaw, beetroot patties and Barker’s Professional American Burger Relish.
