Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 45ml Gin

  • 15ml Barker’s Professional Pink Grapefruit Syrup

  • 15ml Lime juice

  • Soda / sparkling water

  • Lemon/Lime wedge

Method

1. In a tall glass add gin, Barker’s Professional Pink Grapefruit Syrup & lime juice.

2. Fill glass with ice.

3. Add soda or sparkling water to fill.

4. Add straw if desired.

5.Garnish with lemon or lime.

Tip: Swirl the drink before serving and experiment with the visual effect that the coloured layers can create.
