Apple Hugo Spritz

Ingredients

Serves 1

• 120ml Prosecco or Sparkling wine

• 30ml Barker’s Professional Apple Elderflower Syrup

• 30ml Soda/Sparkling water

• 10ml Lemon Juice

• Lemon or Lime wedges/wheels

• 3-4 Mint leaves

Method

1. Add all liquid to a wine glass.

2. Fill half with ice.

3. Add lemon & mint.

4. Garnish with mint & add a straw, if desired.

Tip: Tear the mint to expose the oils. Never clap the mint. Ensure the drink is stirred before serving. Presentation is the key.
