Apricot Ham Glaze Barker's Professional

Ingredients:

  • 400 ml Barker’s Professional Spiced Apricot Sauce

  • 85 gm coconut sugar

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 Tbsp American mustard

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 170°C.

  2. Carefully remove the skin from the ham and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

  3. Add 60 ml of water to the base of a roasting pan and place the ham on a wire rack in the centre of the pan.

  4. In a saucepan, combine the Barker’s Professional Spiced Apricot Sauce, coconut sugar, ginger and mustard, stirring over a low heat until just simmering. Spoon a third of the mixture over the ham to coat evenly.

  5. Bake for approximately 60 minutes or until heated through, basting with the remaining glaze every 20 minutes during the process.
