Ristretto-tini
Ingredients:
30 ml vodka
15 ml Kahlua
15 ml Barker’s Professional Vanilla Coffee Syrup
20 ml Ristretto (a short poured espresso)
Method:
Measure all ingredients into a shaker, fill with ice, shake and strain into a chilled small cocktail glass. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.
