Lasagne Cream Sauce

Makes 1L

Ingredients:

  • 300ml vegetable stock

  • 550g Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base

  • 40g wholegrain mustard

  • sea salt

  • freshly milled black pepper

  • 30g chopped coriander

Method:

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Adjust the seasoning and use accordingly to make a lasagne.
