Lasagne Cream Sauce
Makes 1L
Ingredients:
300ml vegetable stock
550g Barker’s Professional Cream Style Meal Base
40g wholegrain mustard
sea salt
freshly milled black pepper
30g chopped coriander
Method:
Place all of the ingredients into a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Adjust the seasoning and use accordingly to make a lasagne.
