Indian Pizza Sauce

Makes 1.5L

Ingredients:

• 1kg Barker’s Professional Butter Chicken Meal Sauce

• 500g natural yoghurt

• 1 cup chopped coriander

• 1 cup chopped parsley

Method:

1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Barker’s Professional Butter Chicken Meal Sauce, yoghurt, coriander and parsley.

2. Spread over the base of the pizza, leaving a thumbnail width clear around the edge.

HANDY HINTS:

The amount of sauce will cover about 20 x 18cm pizzas.

An alternative use on a pizza is to squirt small teaspoon-sized amounts in-between chosen fillings
