Run a lime wedge around the rim of the glass. Turn glass upside down onto a saucer of sugar. Shake off excess sugar and garnish with a lime wedge or wheel.

30ml gin
15ml Barker’s Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup
Tonic
Method
Shake the gin and Barker’s Professional Squeezed Feijoa with Lime Fruit Tea Syrup in an ice-filled shaker.
Strain into a heavy tumbler filled with ice cubes.
Top with tonic
