Breakfast Trifle
Serves 4
Recipe kindly provided by Anchor Food Professionals. Tip: Use other compotes for different flavours.
Ingredients:
50g De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt
250g Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote
250g Seasonal Fruit
250g Granola
Method:
Add 1/4 cup of De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt to four glasses or ramekins.
Layer most of the Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote, seasonal fruit and granola on top of the yoghurt.
Top off each glass with another 1/4 cup of yoghurt.
Garnish the remaining granola and seasonal fruit.
