Breakfast Trifle

Serves 4

Recipe kindly provided by Anchor Food Professionals. Tip: Use other compotes for different flavours.

Ingredients:

  • 50g De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt

  • 250g Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote

  • 250g Seasonal Fruit

  • 250g Granola

Method:

  1. Add 1/4 cup of De Winkel All Natural Yoghurt to four glasses or ramekins.

  2. Layer most of the Barker’s Professional Blueberry & Cranberry with Chia Seeds Compote, seasonal fruit and granola on top of the yoghurt.

  3. Top off each glass with another 1/4 cup of yoghurt.

  4. Garnish the remaining granola and seasonal fruit.
