Barker’s Professional Hazelnut Coffee Syrup
Kapiti Gingernut Ice Cream
Cold brew Coffee
Cascara (dried skins off coffee fruit brewed)
Method:
Scoop the Kapiti Gingernut Ice Cream
Combine the cold brew coffee with the Barker’s Professional Hazelnut Coffee Syrup and pour over the ice cream.
Serve with the cold cascara reduction
