Ingredients:

  • Barker’s Professional Hazelnut Coffee Syrup

  • Kapiti Gingernut Ice Cream

  • Cold brew Coffee

  • Cascara (dried skins off coffee fruit brewed)

Method:

  1. Scoop the Kapiti Gingernut Ice Cream

  2. Combine the cold brew coffee with the Barker’s Professional Hazelnut Coffee Syrup and pour over the ice cream.

  3. Serve with the cold cascara reduction
