Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 30-60ml Barker’s Professional Strawberry Smoothie Base

  • 150ml Milk

  • 1 Scoop (50ml) Ice Cream

Method:

  1. Blend ice cream until soft, then continue to add remaining ingredients.

  2. Once all the ingredients are blended, move to a container and keep in the freezer until frozen.

  3. Serve alone or topped with fresh strawberries.
